Role Description The Owner role at House Of EdTech is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Kolkata Area, responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, growth, and operations of the multi-brand education ecosystem. The Owner will lead business planning, brand portfolio management, and revenue optimization while ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission of outcome-driven education for working professionals.





Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding senior leadership teams, monitoring performance metrics, making data-informed decisions, and prioritizing initiatives across product development, curriculum, technology, marketing, and learner success. The role involves building and maintaining key partnerships, representing the organization in external forums, and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture. The Owner will also ensure compliance with relevant regulations, manage budgets and resource allocation, and continuously refine offerings to meet evolving market and learner needs.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience building and guiding high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Proven expertise in business strategy, operations management, and revenue growth within education, technology, or related sectors.
- Background in product and curriculum oversight, including experience with digital learning, AI-driven solutions, or professional training programs.
- Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for internal teams, partners, and external representation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with experience in scaling organizations or managing multi-brand portfolios considered a strong advantage.
