Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dehradun, responsible for overseeing end-to-end project and business operations related to infrastructure development. This role involves setting strategic direction for local projects, ensuring alignment with company standards, and monitoring progress on engineering, construction, safety, and quality objectives. The Owner will coordinate with project managers, technical teams, contractors, and stakeholders to manage budgets, timelines, resource allocation,



and risk mitigation.

Daily activities include reviewing project reports, approving key operational decisions, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance, and fostering a culture of safety and performance excellence. The role also requires building strong relationships with clients, government bodies, and partners, while identifying opportunities for business growth and continuous improvement in project delivery.

Qualifications

- Solid expertise in infrastructure, civil engineering, or construction management, with experience overseeing large EPC or similar complex projects.
- Proficiency in project governance, including budget planning, resource management, risk assessment, and performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and local statutory requirements applicable to infrastructure projects in India.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making at a senior level.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for working with clients, contractors, government authorities, and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Management, or a related field; a master’s degree or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in rail, metro, marine, surface transport, or hydro and underground projects, especially within large contracting organizations
