- Coordinate outpatient (OP) patient registration and appointments.
- Manage patient flow and reduce waiting time.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and front office staff.
- Guide patients regarding consultations, investigations, and procedures.
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback.
- Monitor OP department operations and daily patient statistics.
- Coordinate with billing, pharmacy, and diagnostic departments.
- Maintain OP records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and patient satisfaction.
- Support hospital management in preparing daily and monthly reports.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
