: Outbound Calling – Payment Follow-up (BPO)

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups and collections.
- Remind customers about pending and overdue payments.
- Explain payment details and assist customers with payment-related queries.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, payment commitments, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and collection targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of experience can apply.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Target-oriented and confident in making outbound calls.
