Roles & Responsibilities OTC Cash Process

1. Handle end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) activities, including order processing and cash application.

2. Perform customer account reconciliation and resolve payment discrepancies.

3. Manage accounts receivable (AR), payment posting, and unapplied cash.

4. Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with customers for timely collections.

5. Investigate and resolve customer queries related to invoices, payments, and account balances.

6. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of daily tasks as per SLA and quality standards.
