About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Hospitality Systems Implementation Specialist with hands-on expertise in hotel technology implementations, particularly Oracle OPERA Cloud Property Management System (PMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS).

In this role, you will be responsible for system configuration, implementation, deployment, and go-live support, ensuring hotel technology platforms are configured to meet operational requirements and deliver a seamless experience for hotel teams.

Key Responsibilities

- System Implementation: Implement, configure, and deploy hotel technology solutions, including PMS and CRS platforms.
- Oracle OPERA Cloud: Manage property configuration, system setup, user provisioning, operational workflows, and go-live activities.
- CRS Configuration & Integration: Support reservation system integrations,



including room rates, inventory, availability, and reservation flows.
- Operational Readiness: Collaborate with hotel management and operational teams to ensure systems are ready for deployment and business operations.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Support system testing, issue resolution, and validation of end-to-end hotel workflows.
- Training & Adoption: Assist with user training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support.
- Go-Live Support: Provide hands-on assistance during deployment and stabilisation to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Oracle OPERA Cloud PMS.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Opera Reservation System or equivalent CRS platforms.
- Experience with CRS solutions such as Oracle OPERA Cloud, SynXis, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of hotel reservation workflows, room inventory, rate management, availability, and guest services.
- Experience supporting system deployment, integration testing, user training, or hotel system go-live activities.
- Robust communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
