We are looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Techno-Functional skilled with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM and excellent technical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Oracle HCM solutions.

- Provide technical expertise on Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Perks, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Learning Management.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Oracle HCM implementations.





- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HCM.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide functional guidance.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
