- Hands-on Experience in any of the modules Benefits, Time and Labour,



Absence Mangement along with the Core HR
- should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, testing and go-live
- supporting monthly and quarterly updates with impact analysis system testing for critical business cycle rollouts
- Must have a good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation Groups
- Should have strong communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, problem solving, influencing, and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management.
