Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement Oracle HCM solutions using Fast Formula, HDL, HCMAPI, and Reporting tools.

- Extract data from various sources using Hcm Extracts and perform data analysis to identify trends and insights.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new projects and provide technical guidance on system configuration and maintenance.

- Develop complex reports using Oracle Reports (formerly known as Forms & Reports) to meet business needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Technical consulting or development role.

- Proficiency in developing extracts using Hcm Extracts tool for reporting purposes.

- Experience working with HDL (Human Data Loader) tool for bulk data loading into the system.

- Solid expertise in Fast Formula language for building custom calculations and logic within the system.
