We are looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Technical and Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM technical and functional consulting, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients.

Roles and Responsibility

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions using Oracle HCM technical and functional expertise.

- Design, develop, and implement Oracle HCM solutions that meet client needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

- Provide training and support to clients on Oracle HCM applications, helping them to maximize their benefits.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle HCM implementation and maintenance.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM technical and functional modules, including core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Learning Management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Experience working with various Oracle HCM tools and technologies, such as Forms, Reports, Workflow Analysis, and Data Conversion.

- Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions using Oracle HCM technical and functional expertise.

- Robust understanding of software development life cycles, including design patterns, coding standards, and testing methodologies.

- Experience working in an Agile environment, focusing on delivering high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.
