Role & responsibilities

Must Have:

- 4+Years of hands-on Experience in Oracle HCM cloud Technical OTBI/Dashboard, BI
- Hands on experience in Implementation, Support, Roll-out & upgrade project.
- This position requires robust analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated initiative and flexibility to meet deadlines and end user expectations.
- Having a good skill in gathering and documenting business requirements for enhancements, writing functional or technical specifications based on requirements.
- Experience on quarterly patch testing, release as part of product.

Good to Have: Knowledge on any other Technical like HCM Extract, HDL
