Hiring Oracle Fusion HCM professionals with multi-module experience in Core HR, Absence, and Talent Management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle configurations

- Configure absence plans, accrual rules, and workflows
- Configure BPM workflows across HR, Absence, and Talent modules
- Support performance management and talent processes
- Develop/modify Fast Formulas for absence and eligibility rules
- Ensure seamless integration across modulesQualifications:

• Experience in Core HR, Absence, and Talent modules
- Strong knowledge of BPM workflows
- Hands-on experience or exposure to Fast Formulas
- Strong understanding of integrated HCM processes
- Positive stakeholder communication
