8+ years of experience in software quality engineering/automation testing, with significant hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Finance and test automation.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop automated test solutions for Oracle EBS Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and related financial processes.

Develop and maintain automation using Playwright with TypeScript/JavaScript for EBS web/HTML-based applications.

Automate Oracle Forms-based workflows using appropriate open-source technologies such as SikuliX, OpenCV/PyAutoGUI or equivalent solutions.

Develop API-level automation for REST/SOAP services and EBS integrations.

Develop database validation utilities using Oracle SQL and Python/Node.js Oracle database drivers to validate transactions and financial outcomes.

Automate end-to-end Finance business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Journal Processing, Invoice Processing, Payments, and Reconciliation.

Build reusable automation components, utilities, test-data frameworks, and business-process libraries.

Integrate automation suites with Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket and CI/CD pipelines.

Implement automated test reporting, test evidence and failure analysis using tools such as Allure or equivalent reporting frameworks.

Collaborate with Functional SMEs, EBS technical teams, developers, and QE teams to identify automation opportunities and improve overall test coverage.

Investigate automation failures, identify application defects versus automation defects and continuously improve framework stability.

Contribute to AI-augmented QE capabilities, including AI-assisted test-case generation, test-data generation,



failure analysis and self-healing automation.

Required Technical Skills

Oracle EBS

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12/R12.2.

Good understanding of Oracle EBS Finance modules such as:

General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Fixed Assets (FA)

Cash Management (CM)

Strong understanding of Finance business processes and EBS transaction lifecycle.

Experience working with Oracle Forms and EBS web/HTML applications.

Automation

Strong experience with Playwright using TypeScript or JavaScript.

Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Puppeteer or equivalent automation tools is an advantage.

Experience with SikuliX, OpenCV, PyAutoGUI or image/vision-based automation is highly desirable for Oracle Forms automation.

Experience building reusable automation frameworks rather than only developing individual test scripts.

API & Integration Testing

Experience with REST/SOAP API testing and automation.

Knowledge of Postman, REST clients or equivalent tools.

Understanding of EBS integrations, interfaces, concurrent programs and external systems.

Database Testing

Strong Oracle SQL skills.

Experience validating EBS transactions directly against the Oracle database.

Knowledge of EBS tables/views and transaction relationships.

Experience with Python oracle dB,



JDBC or equivalent database connectivity technologies is desirable.

CI/CD & Engineering Practices

Experience integrating automation into GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins or equivalent.

Robust understanding of Git branching, pull requests and code-review practices.

Experience with test reporting and execution dashboards.

Knowledge of Docker/containerized test execution is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

Experience automating financial reconciliation and validation.

Experience with SFTP, XML, CSV and file-based EBS integrations.

Experience with EBS concurrent programs and scheduled/batch processing.

Experience with performance or integration testing of EBS.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
