Role Description The Ops Intern role at TalesByDora is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad. The intern will support daily operational activities such as coordinating travel itineraries, updating booking and customer records, and assisting with vendor communication.

Responsibilities include handling customer queries, compiling trip documentation, and helping streamline internal processes and workflows.

Intern will collaborate with the operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth trip execution and a high-quality experience for travelers. This role offers exposure to travel operations, logistical planning, and the end-to-end process of running organized tours and packages.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in basic office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, email) and comfort working with online booking or CRM systems is a plus.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused and professional approach.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when managing data, itineraries, and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an in office team environment and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
- Interest in the travel and tourism industry; prior internship or project experience in operations, hospitality, or travel is an advantage.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree/diploma in business, tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
