Job Description

- Smooth functioning and timely analysis & approval of FG,RM,PM & intermediate which is finally approved from Q.C. COA preparation for Export purpose & other documentation whenever required.Monitoring of Control sample observation register: RM & FP

Monitoring of Control sample and maintaining destruction record

- Formats up-gradation for Finished products, In- process check,RM,



PM & intermediate etc whenever required Volumetric solution preparation & register to be maintained. ( Limit test soln, Reagents etc.)

- Monitoring & maintaining of logbooks & calibration for every instrument.
- Working standard to be maintained for colour & In process granules & chemicals etc
- Primary standard to be maintained for Heavy metal test
- Maintain BMR files of Finished Goods.
- Issuing work order or BOM to the Production Department.
- IPQC Round
- Artwork Checking and finalization

- Export related documentation work such as Dossier preparation etc
- Other work assigned by superiors
