Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Trainee to support our day-to-day mutual fund operations and learn the processes involved in client servicing, transaction processing, documentation, and operational coordination. This role is suitable for a fresher looking to build a career in financial services and mutual fund operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in mutual fund transactions, SIP registrations, redemptions, and related operational processes.
- Support client documentation, KYC verification, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs, and internal teams for transaction-related queries and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate client data and update operational records and reports.
- Assist in resolving transaction discrepancies and tracking pending requests.
- Ensure timely processing of requests and adherence to internal procedures.
- Learn and follow the company's operational systems, processes,



and compliance requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, or a related field; freshers are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Good attention to detail, organisational skills, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow processes accurately and manage tasks within timelines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Interest in mutual funds and the financial services industry.
