We are looking for an Operations & Outreach Executive to drive the end-to-end execution of our women delivery partner program. This is an Operations + Telecalling role requiring strong coordination, counselling, and field execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make a minimum of 60 quality calls per month to counsel and convert women for ongoing programs, explain training opportunities, support enrollment, and remain the primary point of contact throughout their journey.

- Manage the complete participant lifecycle, from enrolment and training coordination to learning licence, vehicle accessibility, attendance, training progress, fee tracking, and issue resolution.

- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure training schedules are delivered smoothly. Support trainer and telecalling teams with onboarding, documentation, payment tracking, and day-to-day operational requirements.

- Act as the key operational point of contact for the assigned city/region, oversee day-to-day operations and women delivery fleets, conduct regular field visits, support training locations,



and resolve on-ground challenges.

- Conduct field visits, capture candidate success stories through photos and videos for Instagram and the website, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree with 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, field coordination, telecalling, or program execution and Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Solid communication, persuasion, people management, and problem-solving skills with high operational speed.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, reporting tools, and social media platforms for community outreach.

- Willingness to travel within project locations and own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
