We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead our teleradiology operations at our Ghaziabad office. In this critical role, you will oversee day-to-day workflow management, ensure seamless coordination between hospitals, diagnostic centers, and our panel of expert radiologists, and drive efficiency across domestic and international accounts.

The ideal candidate brings a robust background in teleradiology operations, deep technical familiarity with PACS systems, hands-on experience handling government tenders, and a proven track record of managing international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Operations Management: Oversee the end-to-end teleradiology reporting workflow, ensuring rapid turnaround times (TAT), high accuracy, and strict adherence to quality standards.

PACS Technical Expertise: Manage and troubleshoot PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) operations, ensuring seamless image transfer, data security, and integration with hospital information systems.

Radiologist Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with domestic and international radiologists, managing rostering, case allocation, and performance tracking.

Government Tender Execution: Lead the operational execution of government healthcare contracts and tenders, ensuring all compliance, documentation,



and Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics are successfully met.

International Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing operational queries, managing expectations, and ensuring service delivery aligns with global healthcare standards.

Quality Compliance: Maintain robust audit trails, ensure compliance with regulatory standards (eg, AERB, HIPAA compliance for international workflows), and implement process improvements.
