Eligibility Criteria
- Total Experience: 12+ years
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 1 year as an Operations Manager
- Domain: International BPO – Voice Process only
- Preferred Background: Travel process experience
- Team Handling: Must have experience managing at least 150 FTEs
- Level: Manager / Senior Manager
Role Requirements
- Manage operations for a US-based international contact center.
- Handle large-scale voice operations and drive operational performance.
- Be adaptable to work in US shift timings and extend working hours when required.
- Work from the Gurugram office.
