SWIFT Elite Cars is looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily transportation operations, manage fleet utilization, coordinate chauffeur services, and ensure seamless service delivery for our corporate and premium clientele.

The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in fleet management, operational planning, team leadership, and customer service, with the ability to maintain high service standards while improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Operations Management: Oversee daily car rental and chauffeur-driven transportation operations to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
- Fleet Management: Monitor vehicle availability, allocation, utilization, maintenance schedules, and operational readiness.
- Trip Coordination: Manage bookings, vehicle dispatch, chauffeur assignments, route planning, and real-time trip tracking.
- Chauffeur Management: Supervise drivers and operations staff, monitor attendance and performance, and ensure professional conduct.
- Corporate Client Servicing: Coordinate with corporate clients and key accounts to meet transportation requirements and resolve service-related issues.
- Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement processes to improve productivity, reduce delays, optimize fleet utilization, and control operating costs.
- Service Quality: Ensure timely pickups, professional chauffeur services, vehicle cleanliness, and a consistent premium customer experience.
- Issue & Escalation Management: Handle last-minute booking changes, vehicle breakdowns, chauffeur replacements, customer complaints, and other operational challenges.
- Performance Monitoring: Track operational KPIs, trip completion rates, vehicle utilization, customer feedback, and team productivity.
- Reporting & Documentation:



Maintain accurate trip records, operational reports, vehicle documents, and other relevant records.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, vehicle documentation requirements, safety standards, and applicable transport regulations.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with sales, customer service, finance, and other teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in transportation, car rental, fleet management, employee transportation, or chauffeur-driven services.
- Proven experience managing day-to-day operations, drivers, fleet allocation, and service delivery.
- Strong understanding of vehicle scheduling, trip monitoring, fleet utilization, and operational reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and fleet management or transportation management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-first mindset with a strong focus on accountability, efficiency, and service excellence.
