We are currently looking to hire an Operations Manager passionate to learn and take up challenges.

Responsibilities • To lead a Customer Service team and drive top notch customer satisfaction across multiple campaigns.

- Reviewing and approve Campaign related documents.
- Manage campaign output like Winner Communication, Gift Procurement and Dispatch.
- Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders • Manage existing Vendors & get current Vendors on board • Track vendor pricing, rebates, and service levels • Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and efficiency • Maintain reports and standard trackers, share regular updates with Management and relevant stake holders.
- Prepare and update SOPs for the team to ensure uniformity within the team Qualification &

Skills  Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline  Fluent English Communication – Verbal & Written  Ability to work independently & manage a team  Creative  Problem Solver  Excellent organizational and leadership qualities.  A strategic thinker.  Past experience in an Operations Role will be a plus.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
