Job Title: Operations Manager – Site Setup & Franchise Support

Eligibility & Compensation

- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: Preferred in operations, site setup, retail expansion, or franchise support
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Net take-home, no deductions)
- Travel: Any location movement as required
- Allowances: Stay, Travel Allowance (TA), Direct Allowances (DA) and local conveyance will be provided for outstation work

Key Responsibilities

- Site Identification & Feasibility
- Search, explore, and identify potential locations in specified for Rinsee Cleaners franchise setup.
- Conduct area surveys to assess market potential, visibility, footfall, and competition.
- Shortlist sites as per Rinsee location and size criteria.

2. Site Establishment & Development





- Coordinate end-to-end site establishment activities.
- Ensure site development strictly as per brand layout, infrastructure, and operational standards.
- Supervise civil work, electrical, plumbing, branding, and machine placement.
- Ensure readiness of utilities (power, water, drainage, ventilation).

3. End-to-End Support till Launch

- Provide complete operational and setup support from site finalization to launch.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth execution.
- Ensure site readiness for trial runs and final go-live.
- Support mock operations before official launch.

4. Franchisee Owner Interaction & Support

- Act as the single point of contact for franchise owners during setup.
- Guide franchise partners on operational requirements, timelines, and compliance.
- Ensure clear communication and smooth coordination without delays.

5. Operational Readiness & Compliance

- Ensure all setup-related activities are completed before launch.
- Verify availability of manpower, consumables, machines, and SOPs.
- Maintain documentation and checklists for site readiness.
- Ensure adherence to Rinsee Cleaners’ operational standards.

6. Reporting & Coordination

- Share regular progress updates on site development and launch timelines.
- Highlight risks, delays, or challenges proactively with solutions.
- Coordinate with central operations and management.

Key Skills Required:

- Strong coordination and execution skills
- Willingness to travel and work on field assignments
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
