Job Title: Operations Manager – Polyhouse & Infrastructure Projects

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month

Experience: 3–6 years

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate multiple greenhouse construction project sites.
- Monitor daily site progress and coordinate with site supervisors.
- Arrange labour, mistris, fitters, welders and contractors as required.
- Coordinate with the fabrication workshop for production schedules and material readiness.
- Manage dispatch planning, truck loading, transportation and material delivery.
- Maintain daily progress reports, manpower records and dispatch trackers.
- Coordinate factory fabrication progress, truck loading, dispatch, and site delivery.
- Visit project sites when required and resolve operational issues.





Requirements:

- Experience in construction, infrastructure, fabrication or project operations.
- Strong manpower management, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across India when required.

Work Location: Bhopal office with outstation site visits as required. Interested candidates can apply with their updated resume.
