Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations and administrative activities across all Dreamtime Learning-associated schools.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational processes to ensure smooth school functioning.
- Coordinate with school staff to maintain operational efficiency and compliance with policies.
- Manage logistics, procurement, and resource allocation effectively across schools.




- Travel to various school locations to assess operational needs and provide in office support.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to address operational challenges.
- Prepare operational reports and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to safety, legal, and regulatory standards across all schools.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in operations management in a school environment (mandatory).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Proficiency in using administrative tools and technology.
