Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, streamline processes, coordinate across departments, and ensure smooth and productive functioning of the organization. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership, planning, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with production, sales, service, supply chain, warehouse, and administration teams.
- Monitor operational performance, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure effective resource planning, manpower utilization, and workflow management.
- Track inventory, material movement, and operational requirements in coordination with relevant departments.
- Identify operational challenges and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Maintain operational reports, MIS, documentation, and performance records.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards,



quality requirements, and timelines.
- Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
- Handle escalations, resolve interdepartmental issues, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular team meetings, review employee performance, and support team development.
- Coordinate with management to achieve business objectives and improve overall operational efficiency.

Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, MIS reporting, and operational documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience in process improvement and performance monitoring.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA in Operations or a relevant specialization will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, electric vehicles, or a related industry.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and daily operational activities.
- Ability to implement processes, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
