Key responsibilities :

- Production Support &
- Coordination:

Supervise daily production activities, track production schedules, and coordinate with Quality, Logistics, and HR teams to meet delivery targets.

- Supply Chain &

- Inventory:

Monitor raw material stock, manage vendor communications, and track logistics processes to prevent supply shortages.

- Process Improvement &

- Lean Manufacturing:

Support continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and Kaizen to cut waste and boost equipment effectiveness (OEE).

- Safety &

- Compliance:

Ensure strict compliance with plant safety guidelines, hygiene standards, and regulatory requirements, reporting any abnormalities immediately.

- MIS &

- Reporting:

Generate and analyze daily/weekly manufacturing Management Information System (MIS) reports to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
