We are hiring an Operations Manager for one of our clients, a growing multi-asset wealth management firm, V-Financial Wealth .

? Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day financial services and investment operations.
- Handle client onboarding, KYC, account opening, and documentation.
- Coordinate investment transactions across mutual funds, equity, bonds, and other financial products.
- Work with AMCs, brokers, custodians, and financial product platforms.
- Monitor transaction processing, settlements, reconciliations, and service TATs.
- Prepare operational MIS reports and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and process efficiency.

✅ Mandatory Skills & Requirements:





- 5–8 years of experience in financial services or wealth management operations .
- Strong knowledge of investment operations and transaction processes.
- Hands-on operational knowledge of BSE StAR MF and MF Utility (MFU) platforms .
- Valuable understanding of KYC, client documentation, and investment transaction processing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and coordination.
- Must be based in Navi Mumbai or Thane .
- Immediate joiners preferred.
