What you'll do

- Oversee daily stock dispatch from godown to machines across Gurugram and Delhi
- Ensure every machine is stocked, functioning, and generating sales
- Supervise field staff and hold them accountable to daily targets
- Conduct regular physical stock audits across locations
- Maintain client relationships at corporate and gym locations
- Use our internal ERP system to log dispatches, sales, and stock counts
- Flag shortages, discrepancies, and operational issues before they become problems
- Coordinate with vendors for timely stock procurement

What we're looking for

- 1–3 years in operations, logistics, or field management (vending/FMCG/retail a plus)
- Based in Delhi NCR with own two-wheeler or willingness to travel daily
- Highly organised — notices problems before being told
- Comfortable with basic tech (WhatsApp, Excel, mobile apps)
- Honest, reliable, calm under pressure
- Fluent in Hindi; basic English for client interactions
