Job Title: Backend Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Backend Operations Manager to oversee our administrative, backend, and sales team operations. The ideal candidate will possess 3–4 years of management experience and a proven ability to streamline operational workflows and support sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the backend support and sales teams to ensure effective daily operations.

* Oversee administrative processes and maintain high standards of operational excellence.

* Provide leadership and guidance to team members to drive productivity and performance.

* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

* 3–4 years of experience in a management role.

* Proven background in handling backend operations and sales team management.

* Strong leadership, organizational,



and communication skills.

Job Details:

* Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

* Location: Lodhi Club Road, near Keys Hotel, Ludhiana

* Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
