About the Role

YMGrad is looking for a proactive and organized Operations Intern to support recruitment, product operations, and customer communication. This role requires excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to coordinate with candidates, customers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment: Assist with candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Product Support: Test website features and coordinate product-related tasks.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer queries professionally and help users navigate our services.
- Business Operations: Assist with research, documentation, coordination, and day-to-day tasks.





Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with candidates, customers, and team members.
- Valuable organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT, Google Sheets, Docs, and other productivity tools.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask.
- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
