- 1015+ years of BPO/BPM operations experience.
- Experience managing MFI/NBFC/BFSI processes is preferred.
- Proven experience managing 500+ FTE operations.
- Strong experience in collections, customer service or lending processes.
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of SLA, KPI, WFM, Quality and MIS.
- Exposure to P&L;/revenue management.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving and people-management skills.
- Experience in managing multi-location operations will be an advantage.
