We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations professional to manage end-to-end booking coordination and ensure a smooth guest experience. This role is critical in bridging sales, onground teams, and guests to deliver exceptional stays
- Manage end-to-end booking operations from confirmation to checkout
- Coordinate with villa owners, caretakers, and ground staff for guest readiness
- Ensure all pre-arrival requirements (cleaning, amenities, staffing) are in place
- Handle guest communication for check-ins, special requests, and issue resolution
- Monitor ongoing stays and proactively address any operational challenges
