- Fresher or 1 year of experience in Operations . Ability to communicate like a rockstar
- planning, facilitating and executing Counselling session management for all clients.
- Coordinating with counsellors and making them available to take the counselling sessions.
- Manage all inquiries on request professionally and timely from start to end
- Provide support and guidance to Operations head for workshop planning.
- Entire coordination of counsellor training workshops and implementation of the same.
