We are looking for a responsible, organised, and detail-oriented Bakery Operations Assistant to manage daily bakery operations. The role involves preparing customer bills, checking and coordinating orders, maintaining inventory records, communicating with chefs, and assisting with the packing and dispatch of bakery products to ensure smooth and timely operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Billing and Invoicing: Prepare customer bills and invoices, process payments where required, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Order Management: Receive, record, verify, and track customer orders, ensuring the correct products, quantities, and delivery timings.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of bakery products, ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies. Report low stock and assist with stock replenishment.
- Coordination with Chefs: Communicate customer requirements, special instructions, customisation requests, and order deadlines to the chefs and kitchen team.
- Packing and Dispatch: Assist in packing bakery products, verify order accuracy before dispatch, and ensure proper labelling and packaging.
- Quality and Accuracy Checks: Check packed orders against invoices and order details to minimise errors and ensure the correct items are sent to customers.
- Daily Records:



Maintain records of orders, sales, stock movement, wastage, and pending deliveries.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with the kitchen, sales, and delivery teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Workplace Organisation: Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the billing counter, storage areas, and packing station.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with billing software or POS systems.
- Valuable numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail while checking orders, bills, and inventory.
- A responsible attitude and willingness to assist the team wherever required.
- Previous experience in a bakery, café, restaurant, retail store, or similar environment is preferred but not compulsory.

Key Expectations The candidate should ensure that customer orders are billed correctly, inventory is monitored regularly, chefs receive accurate order information, and products are packed correctly and dispatched on time. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
