Salary: 45K/month (Negotiable based on interview)

About the Role

Support day-to-day operations for Air Move, a fast-growing Australian logistics brand, while also assisting Move My Stuff, its established parent company in the removals industry. Ideal for someone with ops/logistics experience and a customer-first mindset.factohr 1

You’ll:

Coordinate daily ops across Air Move & Move My Stuff teams

Monitor logistics workflows & resolve delays

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls

Manage complaints with empathy & quick resolution

Coordinate with drivers & maintain strong driver relationships

Oversee last-mile delivery coordination & timely updates

Handle escalations with sound judgment & quick resolution

Drive process improvements across both brands

Support ad-hoc operational needs as required

You Have:

3 years in operations/logistics (intl.



or time-sensitive markets preferred)

Strong verbal & written communication

Excellent problem-solving & multitasking skills

Experience handling customer grievances & escalations

Self-motivated & comfortable working remotely
