- Ensure on-time reporting of daily vehicles (Tata Ace, 407, Eicher, etc).
- Negotiation on pricing with Vendors / Truck Owners for ad hoc requirements.
- Coordination with Vehicle owners/ Drivers and Clients for smooth operations.
- Tracking of Regular vehicles using the GPS portal.
- Daily MIS entry of the regular and ad-hoc vehicles.
- Ensure vehicle and driver compliance are met as per the company/client policy.
- Provide tracking information to operations staff as per their requirement.
