About ExtraPe

ExtraPe is an affiliate marketing platform that helps users earn commissions by sharing shopping deals and affiliate links from popular e-commerce platforms such as Ajio, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and other leading brands.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Operations Executive to manage website operations, client communication, payment and refund queries, and day-to-day business activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily website operations and ensure smooth functioning of the platform.
- Handle client communication and customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Assist users with registration, login, affiliate links, commissions, and account-related issues.
- Handle payment discrepancies, extra payment queries, refund requests, and transaction follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the accounts and technical teams to resolve customer issues.
- Monitor affiliate links, deals, orders, and commission-related queries.
- Maintain customer records, operational reports, and follow-up sheets.




- Ensure timely resolution of queries and maintain valuable customer relationships.
- Support daily operational activities and improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements and Skills

- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of website management and online platforms.
- Understanding of payment processing, refunds, and transaction tracking.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Good problem-solving, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Freshers and experienced candidates with relevant skills are welcome.
- Knowledge of e-commerce and affiliate marketing platforms will be an added advantage.
