About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Operations Associate to help build and scale our Partner Success function for a video call operations platform.

This is not a routine operations role. As an early member of the team, you will help shape how we onboard, train, support, and grow our partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Operations

- Manage end-to-end partner onboarding and activation.
- Train partners and manage partner communications.
- Track partner progress, follow-ups, and operational activities.
- Maintain operational trackers and documentation.

Process Building

- Create workflows, SOPs, playbooks, and process guidelines.
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
- Standardize recurring operational tasks.

Quality & Partner Success

- Monitor partner performance and conduct quality reviews of partner interactions.
- Support coaching initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Track compliance observations and escalate issues when required.

Data & Reporting

- Analyse operational data and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
- Maintain dashboards and trackers.
- Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Product, Support, and Operations teams.
- Share partner feedback and support operational initiatives.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations,



Partner Operations, Program Management, or a related role.
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Experience handling data, reports, trackers, and operational documentation.
- Basic understanding of SOPs and process documentation.
- Robust communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable working from the office in Bengaluru.
- Immediate joining is mandatory.
