Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and capable Operations Associate to connect with clients, follow up on overdue invoices, and ensure timely payment recovery. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on collection activities.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships while ensuring timely payments.
- Review invoice and payment histories to identify outstanding dues.
- Locate and contact clients regarding overdue invoices and payment commitments.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to encourage timely payments.
- Process refunds and payments accurately.
- Resolve customer billing, invoicing, and credit-related concerns.
- Revise invoices as required and ensure billing accuracy.
- Monitor customer service renewals and follow up with clients.




- Identify opportunities for upselling and additional services.
- Coordinate effectively with the Operations team and other departments to resolve issues and achieve collection targets.

Requirements:

- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are eligible to apply.
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2); graduates are preferred.
- Basic working knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, and databases.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends, as required.
- Good negotiation, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
