Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end processes for client licenses such as GST, MSME, Labour Licenses, FSSAI, Shop & Establishment, etc

- Maintain and update client documentation as per legal and compliance requirements

- Liaise with government portals for submissions, applications, and status tracking

- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients for documents, renewals, and pending requirements

- Maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports for all active and completed cases

- Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Legal, Finance) for documentation and application consistency

- Resolve client queries related to licensing process, application status, and compliance support





- Handle escalations and ensure timely completion of all applications

- Work closely with management to improve operational workflows and reduce process delays

- Manage filing, forms submissions, document verification, and record keeping

- RequirementsBachelor s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Legal Studies, or related field

- 1-4 years of experience in operations, compliance, or licensing (legal firm experience preferred)

- Strong understanding of government licensing processes and documentation requirements

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic online portal navigation

- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills

- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

- High attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
