- . Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably business / commerce background) with at least 1 year of experience in back-office operations
- The individual should be diligent and efficient in completing the projects assigned to the team

- Perform quality check as per internal criteria on the status updated by team and coordinating with the team.
- Responsible for sending regular updates of the seniors of the status.
- Perform backend operational activities allocated on daily basis.
- Work as part of team to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
- Handle queries raised by internal stakeholders.

Basic Qualification
