Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Operations professional . You'll oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of transactions, valuations, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:-
Transaction Processing: Process transactions, including investments, divestments, and corporate actions.
Valuations: Calculate and verify Net Asset Values (NAVs) for AIF and PMS portfolios.
Reporting: Generate reports for investors, clients, and regulatory bodies.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, SEBI guidelines, and internal policies.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
Requirements:-
Experience: Minimum 3+years of experience in AIF, PMS, or mutual fund operations.
Skills: Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of AIF and PMS regulations, securities, and financial instruments.
