Eligibility Criteria

- Must be a retired Army Officer.
- Minimum 10 - 20 years of professional experience, preferably in government-sector operations, administration, logistics, engineering support, or contract management.
- Experience coordinating with MES, Army units, defence establishments, or other government departments will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of government procedures, official documentation, and contract-related work.
- Willingness to travel and attend meetings at various locations across India.

Job Responsibilities





- Coordinate with government departments, including the Military Engineer Services (MES), Army establishments, and other relevant government authorities.
- Handle contract-related work, departmental coordination, and operational activities.
- Attend official meetings with government officials and department representatives across India.
- Supervise field operations and ensure the timely execution of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor project progress, maintain records, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable government procedures, contractual requirements, and company policies.
- Conduct field visits, inspect work progress, and identify areas requiring corrective action.
- Use prior Army experience to maintain discipline, effective communication, leadership, and skilled conduct.
- Provide operational guidance and support to team members to achieve organizational objectives.

Preferred Candidate A retired Army Officer who has established professional relationships with government departments and possesses practical experience in operational management, contract coordination, field supervision, and official meetings. Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per hour
