- Business Development Manager to lead our Patna operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising our Operation &
- Maintenance (O&M;) workforce while actively scouting, pitching, and securing new business clients and contracts for the company.
Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition &
- BD: Identify and target potential corporate clients, industries, or commercial establishments in Patna and nearby areas to generate new business contracts.
Manpower Management: Oversee the daily deployment, attendance, scheduling,
and performance of the O&M; technical staff and field crew.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring service delivery aligns with agreed SLAs and addressing any operational issues promptly.
Operations Oversight: Coordinate field activities, manage local logistics, and ensure the smooth execution of all on-site maintenance work.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operational efficiency and business development targets to the senior management.
Required Skills &
Qualifications Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English to confidently pitch to new clients.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and handle technical manpower or field labor.
Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid driving license for local market and client visits. Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) for scheduling and reporting.
