- . 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in deployment,administration,support and troubleshooting of the OpenText Content Suite Platform and surrounding components (Content Server,Archive Server,xECM,Brava,OTDS,Search & Indexing)
- Experience delivering service using ITIL methodology .
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in deployment, administration, support and troubleshooting of the OpenText Content Suite Platform and surrounding components (Content Server, Archive Server, xECM, Brava, OTDS, Search & Indexing).
- Experience delivering service using ITIL methodology
- Participate in the day to day administration of the OTCS application including Incident & Problem Management.
- Participate and contribute to change & release management process including patching cycles.
- Excellent communication and written skills.

Brief Project Details
- Support for EMEA or AMER customer.
