Position OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Associate (Qualified CA) to join our compliance and advisory team in Kothrud, Pune. The primary focus of this role involves handling Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme compliance, including critical review of workings at client offices, conducting physical plant inspection visits, verifying Domestic Value Addition (DVA), and drafting comprehensive reports.

Key Responsibilities &

- PLI Scheme Analysis & • Verification:

- Analyze applications, financial records, and supporting documentation submitted under various Production Linked Incentive (PLI) schemes.
- Monitor and verify financial invoices, import/export documents, customs records, and operational details.
- Verify Domestic Value Addition (DVA)



calculations strictly as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Field Audits & • Plant Inspections:

- Conduct physical plant inspection visits at various locations of the applicant and its suppliers to evaluate operational setup and compliance.
- Perform on-site review of workings and data at deputed client/applicant offices.
- Reporting & • Certification:

- Prepare detailed Draft Audit Reports along with DVA Certifications.
- Maintain precise audit trail documentation supporting every verification step.
- Client & • Stakeholder Management:

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth audit execution.
- Lead and attend meetings with applicants, clients, and authority representatives to resolve operational and compliance queries.

Must-Have Requirements & • Candidate Profile

- Qualifications & • Experience:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Travel Readiness: Male candidate with high willingness to travel extensively within and outside Pune (approx. 15 to 20 days per month).
- Domain Knowledge: Robust working knowledge of GST, Customs, and Import-Export regulations.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for complex data analysis and reconciliations.
- Communication & • Drafting:

Excellent written report drafting skills and confident verbal communication skills.
