Job Overview

Mahatta Art is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Online Sales Manager to drive online sales, improve lead conversion and manage the customer-facing sales team.

The role involves handling qualified leads, guiding customers in selecting premium wall décor solutions, improving sales performance and ensuring a smooth customer journey from initial enquiry to final purchase.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage online leads, customer consultations, quotations, follow-ups and sales closures.
- Improve lead-to-order conversion rates, revenue and average order value.
- Handle customer objections and recover stalled or high-value sales opportunities.
- Manage and guide the customer-facing sales team to achieve business goals.
- Maintain CRM records, track sales pipelines and analyse lead conversion performance.
- Identify customer concerns, competitor pricing, product gaps and opportunities to improve sales.
- Coordinate with marketing, production and fulfilment teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Use WhatsApp, CRM systems and AI-assisted tools to improve sales efficiency.




- Prepare weekly sales reports covering conversions, revenue, lead response time and areas for improvement.

Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in D2C, e-commerce or consultative consumer sales.
- Experience managing or supervising a customer-facing sales team.
- Strong skills in lead management, follow-ups, negotiation and sales conversion.
- Good understanding of CRM systems, WhatsApp selling and sales performance analysis.
- Solid communication, problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
- Experience in home décor, furniture, wallpapers, interior products, consumer durables or premium lifestyle products is preferred.
- Comfortable using AI tools and learning new sales technologies.

Please Note: This is a sales and conversion management role, not a digital marketing or purely customer-support position.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
