About the Role

We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented Online Bidding & Operations Intern to identify relevant projects and opportunities on Upwork, LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter, job boards, and similar platforms, submit customized proposals, and support day-to-day bidding and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

● Find and shortlist relevant project opportunities.

● Understand client requirements and identify suitable services/portfolios.

● Draft personalized proposals using ChatGPT and AI tools.

● Submit proposals/applications accurately and maintain daily tracking.

● Coordinate internally for pricing, technical inputs, and portfolio requirements.





● Support day-to-day bidding and related operational activities.

● Maintain proper records and follow up on submitted proposals.Requirements

● Solid English communication and comprehension.

● Good research and analytical skills.

● Comfortable using ChatGPT and online platforms.

● Basic understanding of digital services such as development, design, marketing, video, or AI.

● Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.

● Willingness to learn online bidding and business operations.

Note: This is a full-time on-site internship in Ahmedabad (Ashram Road). Not a remote position.
