- . Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OnBase users across the enterprise.
- . Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to document retrieval , workflow automation , and system performance .
- . Manage OnBase workflows , Unity Forms, Document Types, and User Groups.
- . Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and implement OnBase solutions that support retail processes like invoice processing , employee onboarding , store audits , and vendor documentation
- . Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and support resolutions.
- . Train end-users and create user guides or knowledge base articles.
