Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical Oil & Gas positions.
- Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, networking,



and industry databases.
- Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on GCC project requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth selection process.
- Maintain candidate pipeline for drilling, maintenance, EPC, offshore/onshore roles.
